Incessant Hum: Broomfield
Colorado Chamber Players presents a world premiere of a new music/theatre hybrid, with a script by Jeffrey Neuman, directed by Mare Trevathan.
As the world celebrates the 250th anniversary of Ludwig van Beethoven, we explore the emotional world that Beethoven experienced, as he lost his hearing and ability to perform as a pianist and conductor. Two actors perform Neumans script, along with excerpts from late works by Beethoven (Chris Kendall and Chelsea Frye), with Andrew Cooperstock, Piano; John Fadial and Paul Primus, Violins; Barbara Hamilton, Viola; and Beth Vanderborgh, Cello.
