Coaching with Presence
There are moments when we feel deeply connected to the people we are with. When our senses are heightened and we notice everything that is happening in that instant. When we can see all of the options and choices open to us, and when we act and speak with lightness, courage and sure-footedness. That is presence. And it is a fundamental skill for any coach, facilitator or trainer to develop. When we freeze inside, our presence diminishes.
Join Claire Pedrick MCC and Stuart Reid for this one-day workshop, to deepen your coaching presence using lessons from theatrical improvisation. This is not a day for talking about models and theories. It's a day for practising, experimenting and doing.
