HeZza FeZza is releasing the second half of her double EP *TEIM / SCHIFT* and everyone is invited!
SCHIFT will be released for winter solstice 2019 and will celebrate the pivotal moment with an all ages party and multi-media art show at Love City Love's new space in the Central District. Love City Love is a mainstay for the underground arts scene in Seattle and they have moved into another storied space that is in transition on 12th and Yesler, which, at one point in time, was a roller-skating rink.
In celebration of the release of SCHIFT, which will be available on all digital music platforms on the 21st of December (the same day of the party) HeZza FeZza has invited some of their favorite artists / good peoples in Seattle to share the light with.
There will be DJ sets by OCNOTES and KWEEN KAY$H, 'Crane City' origami super sculpture by Brittani Anglin, live painting by artist and illustrator Chloe Myaskovsky, interactive projections by Lee Stafford, a special dance performance by a local teenage choreographer and a double set of live music by Hezza Fezza featuring Gifted Youngstaz.
The pop-up shop will feature exclusive limited-run merchandise by HeZza FeZza, jerseys and zines by International Girl Gang and jewellery by Harmonics253 from Tacoma.
This event is all ages and has multiple rooms of happenings. In the back of the house, the Love City Love Ballroom is welcoming skateboarders and roller skaters of all ages to bring their wheels and revive the rink. A craft's table will be set to intentionally fold origami paper cranes for 'Crane City.'
Non-alcoholic beverages and snacks will be sold inside and food trucks have been invited to be parked outside.
As the night becomes ever longer leading up to the SCHIFT Release on Winter Solstice: so too will the longest night of 2019's offerings become ever more plentiful. Stay tuned.
It's a celebration of art, music, singing, solstice and the release of #SCHIFT.
Come one, come all! Let us set good intentions and be merry together.
