2020 Visioning

At this Midwinter time, give yourself the gift of a whole day to charge up the seeds of your dreams for 2020.

With the potent modalities of Movement Medicine and Rebirthing Breathwork, we will open the way in body, heart and mind.

Then with gentleness and deep listening we will journey with sound and song to lift our spirits and empower our visions.

Ben and Eliza will be your guides for the day. They both hold space with integrity, care and heartful humour.

Please arrive at 9.45am, ready to begin at 10am.

Please bring a light lunch for yourself.

Our day will finish at 6pm.

Offered on a sliding scale of £100/£75/£50

Advanced booking is essential as there are limited places available and there are only 4 tickets available in each price range.

Ben is trained as a Rebirthing Breathwork facilitator and is a member of the British Rebirthing Society.
He also teaches Movement Medicine and has been actively involved in supporting others in the field of health, healing and wellbeing for the last 15 years.

Eliza is a Medicine singer, Voiceworker and Movement Medicine teacher and facilitator. She has been working in the UK and internationally, with individuals and groups, for the last 18 years.
