SPEAKER BIO: Alan Nevin is an economist, demographer and futurist. His consulting practice concentrates on development strategies for real estate investors and developers, and he serves the legal community as an expert witness in real estate-related litigation. He holds graduate degrees from Stanford and American Universities.
