Papiba and Friends features three visionary and unconventional musicians with a long history of living and performing in Santa Cruz. A collision of rock, soul, funk and samba with members hailing from Brazil, Minnesota and Brooklyn, this group takes current world music and stirs it up to create a refreshing new sound.
