Nordic New Year's Fest

Upstairs, we get classy with a full set of amazing tunes made famous by Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass as performed by RCB (The Rat City Brass). You have to love those fantastic horns!

AND SPECIAL GUEST Dolores Erickson, the Swedish-American model from the cover of the famous album Whipped Cream and Other Delights, will be joining us. Shes happy to sign albums and dance in the New Year with you all! On the middle floor, Skandia Kapell will be playing tradition Scandinavian music to a cool Nordic beat that'll be sure to warm your heart and feet. Plus, you can learn a few traditional dances from the old country.

Downstairs, the ABBAgraphs will be on a mission to make a great party performing a wide range of ABBA ABBA ABBA plus other pop dance hits.

Dinner Menu: Starter of Poached Asparagus with "Noma" Tarragon emulsion, salmon roe, aged Tillamook cheese, leek chips, cress, crudité cucumber & rye croutons. Main course will be a delicious treat of reindeer with parsnip crème, salted roasted almonds, pickled red onion, fresh herbs, potato fondant, red wine gravy, juniper & onion crisp. Dessert is a strawberry pannacotta with chocolate dust, raspberries, raspberry sponge, dulce de leche & Meringue. Vegan Dinner available as well with a Portobello Mushroom main dish. This lovely meal will be specially prepared for you by Swedish Chef Louise Borgstrom(Chef for Swedens King & Royal Family when visiting Eriksberg Game Reserve & also personal Chef for Soccer Player Zlatan Ibahimovic, ranked no 5 in the World)! The dinner includes party favors, a glass of champagne and a fantastic view of the fireworks.
