Forever Plaid
Summit City Music Theatre is proud to present a return engagement of FOREVER PLAID. Audiences fell in love with this 4-guy harmony group and begged us to bring it back.
The Plaids were on the cusp of beginning their professional singing careers when they were killed in a car accident in 1964, but there is a cosmic twist. Because they never got to resolve that final chord, their souls were held in limbo until they could come back to earth to do the show they never performed that night and finally go to Heaven. Through mishaps, hijinks, and hilarity the Plaids must complete their mission of bringing harmony to the world.
This delightful show is always a favorite of audiences of all ages. It combines the music and heart of a simpler time with a wit and silliness that will keep you in stitches for the whole show.
