Sing We Joyous! Holiday Concerts Dec 14 & 15, 2019
Sing We Joyous! Oak Park's most fun holiday musical event for the whole family is back for its fourteenth year. The Oriana Singers, City Voices, Pro Musica Youth Chorus and the Sing We Joyous Orchestra, all under the direction of Bill Chin, bring you this year's edition of beautiful music, heartfelt audience carols, and inventive zaniness all wrapped up in a holiday package for the whole family. The theme this year is "stars," so be ready for everything from traditional choruses by Mendelssohn and contemporary classics by Lauridsen, to songs from Home Alone and A Charlie Brown Christmas. Plus, as always, a surprise arrangement of the Twelve Days of Christmas.
