Lessons and Carols For Christmas
The Madrigal Choir of Binghamton presents its Annual Lessons and Carols at TWO beautiful venues this year:
On Saturday, Nov. 30 at 4:00 p.m. it will be performed in Owego, NY at the First Presbyterian Union Church, 111 Temple Street; and
On Dec. 1 at 3:00 p.m. it will be at our usual venue, the Church of the Holy Trinity located at 346 Prospect Street in Binghamton, NY.
Directed by Bruce Borton, the program of traditional Advent readings features seasonal choral works, including our latest commissioned work, "Let the New Year In" by British composer Philip Lawson, and congregational carols. This is a great way to start off the holiday season! The shops in Owego offer bounteous holiday shopping, and the Church of the Holy Trinity has the most sumptuous acoustics in Binghamton!
