Heaven's Light: A Christmas Concert with Laure de Marcellus
Mezzo soprano Laure de Marcellus dark velvety timbre and riveting stage presence delight audiences and critics wherever she performs, whether opera roles, song recitals or sacred music.
She was born in Geneva, Switzerland and studied in Israel, New York and Munich. Miss de Marcellus sang at the Deutsche Opera in Germany and in France, Switzerland, Austria as well as Singapore before she relocated to California where she currently resides. She is delighted to be performing at Mission San Juan Bautista with her longtime collaborator, Alberto Urroz in this special Christmas program dedicated to Mary and Her child.
