MARIN BAROQUE - LIEDERABEND - Tales of the Seasons - October 5, 2013
Members of the Marin Baroque ensemble with a passion for Lieder repertoire present a special evening dedicated to composers Schubert, Schumann, Brahms and Mendelssohn.
Join us on Saturday, October 5th at 8 P.M. in the beautiful, intimate setting of the Montgomery Chapel, San Francisco Theological Seminary, at Richmond Road and Bolinas Avenue in San Anselmo, CA.
Professor Laurie Garrett-Cobbina of the Seminary will present a pre-concert lecture entitled "Music, Nature and Spirituality" at 7:00 P.M.
The concert begins at 8:00 P.M.
You will experience a poetic journey through the seasons with a selection of songs and instrumental pieces interpreted by :
