BIMA is proud to present the second annual Frank Buxton Silent Film Festival produced in partnership with the San Francisco Silent Film Festival.
FEATURED FILM: A Story of Floating Weeds (1935)
By Yasujiro Ozu, the story of an aging actor who returns to a small town with his troupe and reunites with his former love and illegitimate son. Live musical accompaniment and Japanese/English benshi narration by Aono Jikken Ensemble.
