Joseph Brooks/Clarinet & Joe Brooks Jazz Quartet
Professor Joseph Brooks, clarinet extraordinaire from Central Washington University will present an expanded program of his Brown Bag Concert in recital with Dr. Craig Scott, pianist, of Western Washington University. These two artists have worked extensively together and this concert is the second stop in their 2019 Washington State tour. The program will feature one of Brahms last works and Debussy's grandest composition for clarinet and piano, as well as other selections. Grab a barbecue plate from the Slow Pokes menu and enjoy the beauty!
For the second set, professor Joseph will let his hair down, and get down for a jazz set with his Joe Brooks Jazz Quartet, featuring himself with Don Kinney, drums; Bart Roderick, piano; and Jeff Norwood, bass.
Overall, this will be a delightful concert of delightful variety and fun
