Social Media and Intellectual Property for Nonprofits
This seminar is for nonprofit leaders, business owners and attorneys who want to learn the basics of intellectual property law and common issues involving the use of social media in organizations. Topics will include:
-An introduction to intellectual property
-Content liability including the use of third party content and postings on websites
-Employment concerns regarding social media use in the workplace
Michelle Bomberger of Equinox Business Law Group and Jennifer Jolley and Lisa Oratz of Perkins Coie will be the presenters.
