B2C: BACH CELLO SUITES TO CHOIR
Album Pre Release Concert:

At 7pm on Saturday October 19th, cellist Sophie Webber will join forces with the choristers of St. Paul's Cathedral to present the world premiere of her choral arrangements to accompany Bach's Solo Cello Suites Nos.1 and 3.

The album pre release concert will take place in the Great Hall of St Paul's Cathedral, San Diego. There will also be an opportunity to mix with the artists in a post-concert reception, and to purchase a signed album ahead of its January 2020 release date (tickets purchased for the concert will offer a discount towards the album).

Dr. Webber's innovative and ground-breaking idea to write a choral arrangement to accompany Bach's beloved Cello Suites has been many years in the making. Following a successful kickstarter campaign in March of this year, she was able to move forward with recording the album in Chicago this September, working with a select group of Chicago singers and multi grammy-winning audio engineer, Chris Willis (who also recorded her first album, released in January 2018, "Escape: Bach's Six Suites for Solo Cello").
