Magnificat Prayer Breakfast
Please join us on Saturday, October 19, 2019 for an inspiring exploration of the need to surrender all aspects of our lives to God. This morning will also include a delicious buffet breakfast from Brunch Cafe and vibrant praise and worship music. Our keynote speaker is Sr Kateri Cahill, DLJC. When Sister Kateri was four years old she was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor requiring the surgical removal of her eye. Even with the surgery her prognosis was not good. For the next eight years her life was filled with a barrage of doctor appointments and surgeries. During this time, Sr. Kateri's parents instilled in her the essential importance of her Catholic faith. When she was nineteen, God revealed Himself to her in a deep and personal way. Eventually she recognized that the Lord was calling her to religious life with the Disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ. Come hear her moving story!
