Our own artistic director takes a turn on the Studio5 stage with a group assembled just for this performance, the mighty Quid Pro Quartet. I know what you are thinking. A quartet?? There are five musicians. Well, Steve added an extra band member just in case one guy refuses to testify. The evening will consist of some of Steve's personal favorite tunes, a handful of Rashid originals, probably a story or two, and the promise of a rollicking good time. Let's go!
Join us. We'll be recording this performance for Chicago Jazz Live on WDCB, so you'll be part of the studio audience!
Cash bar, light snacks, free parking right outside. Doors open for cocktails at 7:30.
