Early Music Voices: Dowland Lachrimae
Pre-concert talk at 7pm.
The title is from an iconic Dowland song that defies the 21st century concept of sound bites or tweets. Rich in harmony with time for contemplation, this program features Montreal's renowned viol consort Les Voix Humaines. Lachrimae Pavans alternate with exquisite lute solos under the masterful hands of Nigel North.
