Gypsy Soul Concert

What a special treat to have Gypsy Soul appear on Fox Island at the Chapel on Echo Bay! This duo sells out at larger venues across the world, including the Triple Door in Seattle. Gypsy Soul's blend of Roots Rock, Blues and Jazz is born from love, heartache, struggle, and determination with a message that is both universal and intimate, familiar yet otherworldly.

Gypsy Soul began 21 years ago in Scotland when Roman Morykit (UK) and Cilette Swann (Canada/USA) made a promise to each other to make both their lives and their living from their art.

Over the past two decades, Gypsy Soul has had a Top 40 hit with Silent Tears and has won numerous songwriting and performance awards including the International Acoustic Music Awards, Just Plain Folks and the Independent Music Awards among others.

The duo has opened for artists such as The Doobie Brothers and Edie Brickell & The New Bohemians, has been featured on compilations with Shawn Colvin, Keb Mo and Aimee Mann, and has had their music placed in hit TV shows and motion picture films such as Providence, Felicity, 90210, Roswell, After Sex and Quick Sand among others.
