A Medicine Music Meditation Concert
Sahffi Lynne and her sister Shelly Work, along with special guest violinist Sean Finn, are excited to offer to you their "Medicine Music Meditation, a unique concert experience where audiences will be invited to sit in silent meditation during the duration of the performance. These concerts are designed to help you go deeper into your own personal meditation practice with live music and poetry to encourage the opening of your heart. Listening to live music, poetry and channeled messages in a group meditative environment allows the listener to absorb the vibration of the sound and meanings of the words in a more focused way, which helps facilitate a deeper meditative experience.
