My Mother's Songs
After a two year hiatus Miriam Drysdale is performing her first solo show. My Mother's Songs is a night of music from Sinatra to Bowie and so much more. It's a look at the intricacies of the mother/ daughter relationship, how grief and loss affect art and above all a tribute to a devoted mother, a beloved media personality and an undisputed "Queen Bitch" ... not necessarily in that order. Accompanied by Ayaka Kinugawa.
Proceeds from the show will be donated to the Living with Lakes Centre to help us preserve and understand our precious water in Ontario
Doors open at 5:00pm. Show is 6:00pm-7:30pm.
