Nikolai Massenkoff in Concert
Join us Saturday, September 7th for world celebrated singer Nikolai Massenkoff -- founder and star of the colorful, universally acclaimed "Massenkoff Russian Folk Festival" -- in concert.
Accompanied by a trio of musicians playing traditional Russian instruments, Nikolai gives voice to lively interpretations of popular Russian folk songs mixed with classical and contemporary selections, including an aria from the modern opera Juno and Avos by Alexey Rybnikov and Andrei Voznesensky, based on the Nikolai Rezanov and Concepción Argüello love story -- California's own Romeo and Juliet.
Don't miss this musical tour featuring the melodies of Russia, Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova -- in a special one-night only performance.
