About
Proper casting is a critical part of any film project.  The casting call and auditions process is your opportunity to discover the people who will bring your script to life.  It is also a chance to set the tone for your actors in preparation for the collaborative work you are about to embark on together.  Learn how to communicate your talent search to agents, managers, and unsigned talent, and create strong first impressions with a professional audition.

Nic Nakis
Nic Nakis is a local writer, producer, and director in the Seattle area. He has worked in film for the past 18 years and organized dozens of successful casting calls and auditions. Nic has produced and directed award-winning commercials along with corporate and documentary projects, including the True Born African, a feature documentary telling the Story of Jamaican ska pioneer, rocksteady hit-maker, and reggae legend Winston Flames Jarrett of Seattle.
