Conservation Celebration: Bike, Bourbon & Brunch
Join us for our Annual Conservation Celebration! This year: Bike, Bourbon & Brunch!
This Year's celebration will feature a delicious brunch by Harvest Real Food, music by Payne's Grey Sky, raffles, bourbon tastings, yard games, bike demos, and face painting. Coppersea will donate five percent of bottle sales that day to the WVLT. Coppersea Distillery's farm can be accessed from the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail (~mile 10.7), and will offer parking on-site for the event. The WVLT encourages supporters and attendees to drink, drive, bike and hike responsibly.
The event, to be held at Coppersea Distillery, located at 239 Springtown Road in New Paltz, will run from 11 am to 2 pm. There will be a tour of the distillery and a five-spirit tasting flight, if you choose to take part. Coppersea, a Heritage Methods farm-to-glass distillery, which describes itself as a heritage distiller, offers a variety of fine spirits including Excelsior Bourbon, which is the only 100% New York Bourbon, Bonticou Crag Straight Single Malt Rye, and Big Angus Green Malt, among others.
