- Riley Green at 8pm
- The Springs at 7pm
- Redd Byrdd at 6pm
Ticket price includes general admission seating for concerts including Riley Green, The Springs, and Redd Byrdd. Ticket also includes all fair activities that day and an armband for unlimited carnival rides good from 1pm until midnight on September 7, 2019. Tickets are Not Refundable. All events are rain or shine. No Rainchecks.
Does not include parking on Fair Grounds. Parking is $5 at the gate.

General Times:
- Gates open at 10am
- Carnival rides start at 1pm
- Concerts start at 6pm
