Saturday, September 21, 2019. VIP admission beginning at 11:30 AM with general admission at 12:00 PM. Event ends at 3:00 PM.

Satisfy your senses! This year's event features artists in action, from the California Art Club, completing plein air paintings of the Estate. These one of a kind artworks will then be offered for bid in the Live Auction!

Unique Chapman Estate only opportunities will also be available for the LIVE Auction as well as awesome Silent Auction items.

Guests will be invited to explore outside areas of the grounds not normally open to the public and learn more about the Estate's history by taking a docent led tour.

Take in the awe inspiring ocean views while lounging poolside or stroll through the acclaimed Begonia House in full bloom!

Bountiful food and libations are generously donated by local vendors while live music will serenade and satisfy the senses!

This 4th annual event of the Chapman Estate Foundation celebrates the beauty of the historic Chapman Estate while raising funds to sustain the integrity of this unique property thus ensuring its availability for future generations.

All funds raised in the live auction will go directly to the restoration of the 1934 windmill located on the Estate. #SAVETHEWINDMILL

Shell Beach Elementary School (2100 Shell Beach Rd, Pismo Beach) with complimentary shuttle to the Estate every 15 minutes beginning at 11:15 AM.
