Sarina "DeRanged" Hayden stepped onto the derby track for the first time in December 2007, but quickly leveraged over 25 years of skating experience to become one of the top names in the sport. DeRanged was named best jammer, best blocker, and MVP for the Rocky Mountain Rollergirls' 5280 Fight Club in 2009 and was a key player on the team as they took the 2010 Women's Flat Track Derby Association Championship and a member of Team USA.
Janet "Helen Wheels" Clarke of the Denver Roller Dolls is the epitome of a rink rat who began skating in her family's roller rink at the tender age of 18 months. She grew up participating nationally in artistic skating competitions, yet dreamed of one day playing roller derby. Her many derby travel adventures include trips to: the UK, Canada, AK, CA, CO, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, LA, MN, MO, NE, NM, NV, NC, OR, TX, WI, and WA!
Melissa "Psycho Babble" Hayden wasn't born on wheels, but it was close. Her parents strapped skates on Psycho for the first time at the tender age of 11 months old, and then raised her up in the family's roller rink. When she was 21, she and older sister Sarina "DeRanged" Avis stepped into the world of women's flat track roller derby and quickly rose to national acclaim. Psycho was voted the Derby News Network's Blocker of the Year honors in 2010, the same year the sisters served as pivotal players on RMRG's A-sqaud, the 5280 Fight Club, which won the Women's Flat Track Derby Association 2010 Championship. Psycho Babble is a rostered member of Team USA and a skater for the Oly Rollers who won the 2012 USARS' roller derby national title.
This bootcamp is open to men and women age 18 and older. Each participant must sign a waiver of liability and have full protective gear which includes: elbow and knee pads, wrist guards, a helmet, a mouth guard and quad roller skates.

Please print out your ticket or purchase confirmation and bring that paperwork to the clinic as proof of payment for your admission.
Doors will open at 8:30a. Please arrive early as training will start at 9:00am.
Participation is entirely voluntary and at one's own risk. EMT's will not be on site, but there are are hospitals and fire departments in the immediate vicinity.
