Summer 2013 Boot Camp - Session 2
DC Rollergirls is proud to present dates for Session 2 for Summer 2013 Boot Camp! Please note: You MUST be assessed and pass in order to attend as a Level 2 skater for these classes. Assessments will be done on August 3 (last day of Session 1) or August 10 (first day of Session 2). Skaters wishing to attend as a Level 1 skater do not need to be assessed. Sessions will be offered on a weekly basis to those skaters who are interested in preparing for DCRG League Tryouts in Fall 2013. You can purchase a single drop-in pass or membership to every class. Sessions will be taught by DC Rollergirls' top-notch trainers to whip you into proper derby girl shape with the skills you'll need to excel.
Participants must be 18 or over and have valid health insurance. YOU MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF BOTH UPON ARRIVAL AT THE FIRST BOOT CAMP SESSION ATTENDED.
Attendees MUST have safety gear, to include:
Hard shell knee pads
Hard shell elbow pads
Hard shell wrist guards
Helmet
Mouthguard
Loaner pads will not be available.
Gear can be purchased at Department of Skate, located at 519 H St. NW in Chinatown. Owned by Velocityraptor and Helena Handbag, they'll get you outfitted with everything you need!
Only a limited number of individual class passes are available. PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
