Charles Cornell - Tales - Album Release Show
Jazz pianist and rising social media star Charles Cornell will perform an album release show live at the Strand Theater in Hudson Falls on Sunday, July 7th at 6pm. The Hartford, NY native, now based in Denver, CO will return home for one weekend to perform music from his latest album, Tales. Cornell, 26, who was recently featured in The Huffington Post, Buzzfeed, and DailyMail online publications rose to internet fame over the course of the past 2 weeks, amassing a following of over 275,000 people across multiple social media platforms.
The spark came from a series of humorous videos he uploaded of himself seamlessly accompanying celebrities talking. The first one to catch was a video of rapper Cardi B, which has accumulated over 15 million views across social media platforms. Since, Charles has accompanied the speech of DJ Khaled, Ellen DeGeneres and many others. He has also recorded videos of himself singing originally written tunes using some of President Donald Trumps most hilarious tweets as lyrics.
The band, consisting of Matt Niedbalski on drums, Steve Kirsty on bass, Nate Giroux on tenor saxophone and Tyler Giroux on keyboards, will perform the music from its latest studio recording, Tales. The album was recorded this past January and will be available as of 7-7-19. Physical copies will be available for purchase at the show and digital copies will be available online and on various streaming platforms.
