Lavinia Blackwall & Stilton, support from Mike & Solveig
Lavinia Blackwall is a singer and composer based in Glasgow. She is a former member of Trembling Bells and has collaborated with Mike Heron, Kaleidoscope, Nick Garrie and Will Oldham.
She is currently working as a co-writer, singer and instrumentalist in 'Stilton' and as a solo artist. Lavinia is working on her eagerly anticipated first solo album which will be released in late 2019.
Mike Hastings and Solveig Askvik have been key players in the Glasgow Psyche folk scene for the past decade or so, playing in the Mike Heron Band, Trembling Bells, Lucky Luke and The Pendulums. Mike's intricate fingerpicked guitar interweave with Solveig's sliding fiddle lines in finely crafted tales, recalling the best of the Scottish folk tradition.
