Expansions: The Crossroad Music Project . . .
The Howland Cultural Center, Beacon's Premier Arts and Entertainment Center, now celebrating its 40th Anniversary, is pleased to present Expansions: The Crossroad Music Project, an evening concert dedicated to the joyous and the broken hearted, with two progressive music groups two different styles, featuring nostalgic classic jazz, the blues and poetic crossover worldscape music. Performers include: Goldee & The Wolves with Goldee Greene (vox/keys), Chris Shann (alto sax), Bill Imperial (bass), Rafael Figueroa (conga) and Olu Akiwumi-Assani (drums). Special guest evolution: Rachel Evens (violin), Debra Kaye (composer/pianist). Scott Beall (guitar)and several guest musicians. Refreshments provided, beverages available.
