Community Fitness Exercise
Due to the High level of ailments in our community, we have decided to be hosting a weekly fitness & workout exercise to help both the young and older adult to keep fit.
The process will include the presence of health experts who will be monitoring the exercise.
The reason for the sale of tickets is to enable us offsets some of the bills, like payment of those health expert who were invited to join us in this exercise and other logistics.
