Rachel Sumner Summer Residency
For the first time since the sold out release show for her EP, Anything Worth Doing, singer/songwriter Rachel Sumner will perform with a full band for a 3-show residency at Atwoods Tavern. Each show during this limited engagement will be unique, featuring new songs, new arrangements, and special guests. Formerly one of the founding members and songwriters of Boston Music Award-winning string-band Twisted Pine, Rachel stretches out from her realm of folk and bluegrass to incorporate divergent musical inspirations like indie, pop, and classical music. To Rachel, the textures of new instruments expand her palette as she continues painting pictures, telling stories.
