Celtic Community Night with Sean Nós: Irish Dance in the Old Style

Celtic Community night aims to feature not only music but the dance that goes along with it. In that spirit we welcome Maldon Meehan and friends to Artichoke's stage for the Month of May. Following their performance will be an open music and dance session. All instruments and celtic genres welcomed. Bring a tune, song, or story to share or just relax and enjoy listening. Tickets are sold in advance at brownpapertickets.com and at the door on a $5-15 sliding scale.

Maldon Meehan presents an excerpt of AN DAMHSA: AN IRISH DANCE SHOW The audience is taken on a journey from Ireland to America and back again. The show plays host to wide assortment of musicians and dancers. It features Sean-nós, old-style Irish step, Quebecois, Irish Set dance, Cape Breton and American Clogging as well as live traditional Irish and American style music.
