Dal Niente Party 2019

It's time for Dal Niente's 2019 Party! This year's Party features the Chicago premiere of Anthony Cheung's new work, co-commissioned with the L.A. Philharmonic, as well as works by Erin Gee, Igor Santos, Anthony Braxton, Kyong Mee Choi, and the ensemble's own Emma Hospelhorn. As per usual, there will be food, drinks, and good times. DJ Murat Çolak keeps the party going between sets. Tickets are $50 online ($25 student) and 60 at the door ($30 student).

Anthony Cheung - The Natural Word (2019) (Chicago Premiere)

Igor Santos - two, two (2015) for octet

Anthony Braxton - Composition nos. 193 (1996) & 228 (1997) for large ensemble

Emma Hospelhorn - Crust, Mantle, Core (2019) for flute

Kyong Mee Choi - Vanished (2019) for harp and electronics
