Everyone Sang
"Everyone's voice was suddenly lifted; And beauty came like the setting sun"
What if everyones hearts were suddenly lightened? And joy was everywhere?
What if we stood, in the best possible of all worlds, made up of people of all colors, all faiths, and all voices lifted, capable of producing a unified and joyful sound? What would be our song?
MPCS is bringing together over 100 singers and brass players for a grand celebration of the human spirit. Titled after a 1919 poem written to commemorate the end of World War I, "Everyone Sang" is a jubilant program about the power of singing to unite people and heal divides. Join us as we imagine a better world.
Performed by Mission Peak Chamber Singers (conductor Ofer Dal Lal), The First Pres. of Livermore Choir (conductor Janet Holmes, and East Bay People's Choir (conductor Ash Walker).
