The Wheatland Chorale: THE UNKNOWN REGION (York)
NOT A SINGLE ORDINARY MOMENT Escape from the ordinary with a performance by the Wheatland Chorale. Known throughout the region for its shimmering sound under artistic director Eric R. Riley, the Wheatland Chorale is "...a world-class ensemble..." (Susan Pena, Reading Eagle)
Our 2019 Spring Concert Series is entitled "The Unknown Region". This stunning concert features the beloved Requiem of John Rutter and Johann Sebastian Bachs masterful motet, Jesu, Meine Freude. It will also feature the challenging and meaningful three-movement work The Unknown Region by William Schuman and Still, Still With Thee by Fred Gramann, the long-time Director of Music at the American Church in Paris, France.
