5:00-7:00 pm: Patsy Cline tribute featuring Heather Olson and the Silver Eagle Band.
Heather Olson began singing at an early age in her fathers country band. In 2006, she won the Clearfield County Fair Amateur Idol contest which launched her music career. Heather travels all over the state of Pennsylvania, performing her favorite songs from classic to modern day country. She performs the National Anthem at various sporting events and local events throughout Central Pennsylvania. Five years ago, she began to pay tribute to the late Patsy Cline by dressing like the legend and performing her soulful ballads. Heather desired to bring a live music feel to her tribute show, so she joined the Silver Eagle Band in the fall of 2017. The Silver Eagle Band was formed several years ago by Gary Turner (drums), Mike Russell (lead guitar), Phil Ponish (bass guitar), and Frank Wagner (rhythm guitar). Their style of music ranges from country, classic rock, oldies, and southern rock. The combination of Heathers love for country music and the Silver Eagle Bands variety of music is sure to thrill audiences of all ages.
7:30-9:30 pm: Waylon Jennings Tribute featuring Whey Jennings, grandson of the great Waylon Jennings.
"Whey Jennings grew up in a family full of country music royalty. His grandfather, the legendary Waylon Jennings and grandmother Jessi Colter both had major success in the major music charts for decades. Born and raised in Grand Prairie, Texas, Whey Aaron Jennings is the oldest son of his mother Katherine and father Terry Jennings. Whey has always had a deep love for music since the first time he stepped foot on stage. Whey was just a boy at one of his grandpa Waylons shows. His grandma Jessi had just left the stage after singing Storms Never Last. Jessi left the stage and laid her microphone on a chair backstage. Young Whey picked up the microphone and pranced out onto the stage and began singing Mamas, Dont Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Cowboys. Wheys grandpa Waylon shouted out Hey hold up there Hosswait for me! Waylon went to pickin and when the song was finished the crowd went nuts. It was on that day that Whey fell in love with music and as the say the rest is history."(Libro Musica 6/15/18)
