NEW GROUND COLLABO
Originally started in Detroit, Michigan, New Ground Collabo is an independent label, based out of Green River, Wyoming and Fort Collins, Colorado.
The company has released a series of CDs including RED HEAT (THE MIXTAPE), which received well earned reviews and over 4000 downloads from the internet.
That Cd included collaborations with Colorado hip hop artists, DIVERGE AND ETHIX, IMPROV, NATIVE, as well as other international artists from Germany and Canada.
NGC latest cd, INNER SUN the Mixtape is following in the tradition.
New Ground Collabo prides itself on being very diverse while staying true to its original hip hop roots. Founded in 2001 by G1 and Lamont Hendrix (R.I.P.) The Company begin to take root officially in 2003, working with various artists in the Detroit area.
It has signed Colorado hip hop artists, EQUINOX and DOCTOR OSCIFY, VERSIFY as well as Celtic Violinist JACIE McCONNELL.
