Season Finale and Tribute to Dick Howe at the Rocky Mountain Folk Club
Join us for a evening of great music and poignant memories as we pay tribute to our dear friend and one of the club's founders, Dick Howe, who passed away a few months ago.
The evening will feature performances from Dick's former band members and friends, interspersed with fascinating videos of earlier times at the club.
We have been working this year on a Video Legacy Project, sifting through many hours of videos and recordings of music performances and interviews of performers and club stalwarts, including Dick. This will culminate in several short compilation videos, which capture the essence of 44 years of the Rocky Mountain Folk Club. Not to be missed!
Performers will include house bands Horizon Ridge, Ceard, the Senior Service and more.
