California Redwood Chorale sings GOODNIGHT MOON and more!
California Redwood Chorale is singing a delightful selection from alive American composers. Hear "Goodnight Moon" by Eric Whitacre, based on the children's book. Be thrilled by Morten Lauridsen's "O Magnum Mysterium". Get in a great mood hearing "The Luckiest" by Ben Folds, as arranged for VOCES8. Bay Area composer, Michael Kaulkin, set Yiddish folksong "Tumbalalyka" for SATB. Up and coming American composer, Joshua Shank, arranged a mesmerizing song called "Naalah", in Persian, for oboe and choir, sung in Persian. We have solo duets including
"I Will never Leave You" from the play, "Side Show" and "You Raise Me Up" made famous by Josh Groban. All this and more!
