Sales Training Skills for Solos and Small Business Owners

These are issues we will cover in our three session, 9-hour sales training program.
Sales trainer: Evan duPont, creator of the Connect, Inspire, Activate System (CIA) Sales Training Technique.
Session 1 - April 11, 9 to noon. Target and Introduction: Identifying your target customer and developing and practicing your special and unique value proposition. You will be able to recite it easily and attract new leads.
Session 2 - April 18, 9 to noon. The Pitch: Interaction with a potential customer. Developing (and practicing) your sales pitch and learn to use the CIA 7 step pitch writing plan. You will write and practice your pitch.
Session 3 - April 25, 9 to noon. Overcoming resistance and closing the sale: Asking the questions and getting to yes.
All sessions will be fun, energetic, and interactive. A little bit of lecture and a whole lot of practice. By the end of 9 hours, you will have the confidence to approach the right customers and close more sales.
