Jeffrey Lesser in Live Upon The Wicked Stage
About Jeffrey Lesser, he recently moved to Palm Springs from Philadelphia where he founded and directed The Philadelphia Performance Class as well as taught and coached voice. As Founding Director of Center City Theatre Works, he both directed and musical directed productions. As a performer, he toured the nation in "Old Jews Telling Jokes", and has appeared in musicals including "Company" and "Souvenir". He's performed his cabaret shows in New York City at Dont Tell Mama, The Duplex, and Eighty-Eights. His current show, Life Upon A Wicked Stage, that has sold out performances both locally and back in Philadelphia, is a retrospective of his theatrical past with stories, anecdotes, and songs accompanied by Joel Baker on piano.
The show is part of Cabaret On Sundays Series presented by Les Michaels that is now in the 10th season at the Arthur Newman Theater at the Joslyn Center in Palm Desert.
