Accomplished designer Donna Ricco, a Mount Mary Executive Fellow in Fashion and alumna, reveals the mystery of how clothing is created, from sketch to sample, to production to marketing ... to you! Expert retailer Faye Wetzel of Fayes completes the story, from planning to buying and merchandising and then selling in the store!
LUNCH MENU: LITTLE GEM AND PEA GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD
WITH CHOCOLATE MOUSSE DESSERT
Grilled Chicken Breast sliced served on little gem specialty greens, pea-pods, Quinoas, with pecorino cheese, dried cranberries, shaved fennel and white balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Entrée is gluten free. Vegetarians will have same salad without chicken breast.
Chocolate Mousse Dessert is garnished with fresh raspberries and gluten free.
