Don't take our word for it: It was a great program, and the second to the last piece, House of the Rising Sun, brought the house down. The acoustics are great: it's a warm, enveloping sound that really flatters the lower ranges of the orchestra, but with clarity to hear into the orchestra, which reminds me: I keep forgetting how good of an arranger Adam is! The colors and sounds he can make his orchestra do is really amazing considering how small they are.
Several family members went to your concert last night and we were all overwhelmed with the magnificent sound that was created....both tearful and inspiring at times. It was one of the most memorable musical performances I have been to and the environment and musical abilities and the creative composition with their arrangements were magical.Thank you for a terrific evening.
This is without a doubt in my opinion the most fantastic group of musicians ever! I felt wrapped in a musical hug, dynamic energy! Adam is conducting the orchestra plus playing a bunch of instruments and singing at the same time it is phenomenal! AND you get to have a beer at intermission in the beautiful presidio courtyard.
A superb concert by an excellent group of musicians!
What a lovely Sunday afternoon and what a impressive concert by very talented musicians.
We immensely enjoyed the FOSB concert at the Presidio last Sunday. It was just pure joy. Thank you so much.
