Concert: The Accidentals with Josh Heinrichs (acoustic), Hudson Freeman
The Historic Fox Theatre in downtown Springfield hosts the most emotionally compelling songwriters of our time, The Accidentals. The Traverse City, Michigan, trio is female-fronted multi-instrumentalists. The music is dynamic and intelligent. It's a blend of Neko Case lyrics, Jack White rock, and Queen influences all over the place. It's edgy, indie pop rock.

"The Accidentals display a genre-hopping range of influences and some smart songwriting skills to go with their abundant musical chops." -BILLBOARD

"Already known for their high-energy live show and a willingness to connect with fans through personal tunes, plugged-in social media awareness and an intriguing backstory, The Accidentals are going places." -HUFFINGTON POST

"They display equal interest in the focused musical forms of indie rock and pop and the expansive potential of orchestral arrangements, jam band open-endedness and impressionistic singer-songwriter expression." -NPR FIRST LISTEN
