Bemidji Symphony Orchestra presents the concert "Hamlet."
The Bemidji Symphony Orchestra (BSO) continues its 80th season, "Music Will Be Our Reply," with the concert "Hamlet." Featuring guest Clay Jenkinson on Sunday afternoon, February 17, 2019 at 3:00 pm at the Bemidji High School Auditorium. Dr. Beverly Everett conducts.
Tchaikovskys Hamlet Overture was inspired by Shakespeares Hamlet. And, you will be inspired by Clay Jenkinsons "Shakespeare the Magic of the Word." Let the music pour out from Mendelssohn's four pieces from Midsummer Nights Dream and Debussy's Le Roi Lear. No need to know or understand Shakespeare before attending.
Doors open for seating at 6:30 pm.
