Jazz @ The Dance Hall: Sojoy
Sojoy is the little big band modern jazz septet, winner of the 2017 Spotlight on the Arts Award for Best Jazz Group, lead by drummer and composer Jonny Peiffer. Peiffer is an in-demand composer, arranger, and collaborator, and the creator of projects like The Adventures of Oliver Z. Wanderkook, and SoundBody, recently at 3S Artspace. Peiffer has recently composed brand new music for the group inspired by the constellations.
