Good Form Running Clinic at Lloyd Clarke Sports
Good Form Running is about helping people make running a stress-free, more enjoyable part of their lives. At this clinic our Good Form Running certified staff will work with you on your gait to keep you on the road, running longer, faster, and more comfortably than ever before. This clinic has a small class size so we can provide a more personal interaction. We start by videoing your current running style, so make sure to wear your running shoes as well as comfortable clothes to run in. We review your video at the end of the clinic after detailing the 4 points of Good Form Running. Spots are limited and we start at 5:00 on the dot!
Good Form Running is endorsed by New Balance and Olympian Grant Robinson.
